Working. I use heating on minimum and just throw cloth or its too warm. Massage - yeah, good, but not really needable.

Heats up quickly and helps soothes cramps. I'm plus size, so I like that the band is stretchy and fits around my waist. It being chargeable makes it handy so you're not stuck in one place to use it. Lowest setting still pretty hot, so I recommend not putting device directly onto your skin if you're sensitive. Vibration settings are a nice touch.
